What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s or master's level in Business, Data, Information Systems, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience, Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, Outlook), Fluency in English
Nice to Have
cosmetics or FMCG experience appreciated, Knowledge of CRM tools (e.g. Veeva or equivalent CRM solutions)
What You'll Do.
Provide operational support, data management, reporting, and process execution across core business systems, with a primary focus on CRM & RISE, data quality, and reporting enablement., Systems Administration: Diagnose, log, and report system issues.
Manage user administration activities, including system access, onboarding, and offboarding.
Assist with system testing, validation, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) during releases or system changes., Data Management & Reporting: Maintain data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across systems.
Perform data cleansing, including comparing datasets from multiple sources, identifying errors, duplicates, gaps, and inconsistencies.
Prepare and validate clean and reliable datasets, for reporting, analysis, and systems.
Maintain and refresh recurring reports and dashboards.
Support ad hoc data requests and basic analysis.
Ensure reports align with agreed data definitions and company standards., Process Execution & Continuous Improvement: Follow and maintain documented business and system processes.
Identify inefficient or error-prone processes and raise improvement suggestions.
Update SOPs, checklists, and user guides as processes evolve.
Support consistent application of agreed ways of working across teams.
Implement approved CRM / RISE / Reporting / process changes., User Support, Training & Enablement: Provide first-line support to selected users, ensuring clear communication, timely responses, and appropriate follow-up.
Develop user training materials, including cheat sheets and step-by-step guides.
Provide user support and face-to-face / online training for systems.
Promote correct tool usage and adherence to best practices., Support the Senior Business Analyst / IT Referent with local IT and operational activities.
Assist with device setup / management activities, where required.
