And in a recent survey, 89% of Long View team members rated Long View as a good or great place to work! ## A Day in the Life Perform new client onboarding into Long View’s N-Able platform Fulfill support requests submitted by Long View staff and clients related to the N-Able platform Diagnose, operate, administer, configure and maintain the N-Able platform Work closely with peers supporting the N-Able platform to diagnosis and solve platform availability and performance issues Maintain and administer configuration data. Manage N-Able accounts and roles, process access requests. Administer application data daily, process queries and ad-hoc reporting as requested by users Provide technical guidance and assistance to less experienced staff and clients on the N-Able platform Create and manage user documentation and training materials. Monitor and manage incident ticket queue, obtaining the necessary information from users when they are requesting support and registering this information in incident requests in an efficient, accurate and complete fashion. Coordinate the validation of changes to the N-Able platform and document release changes. Maintain communications with customers, end users, and vendors to ensure proper operations of the N-Able system. Provide development, configuration, and support for reporting tools Provide after-hours and on-call support
