Full Job Description
Ever wondered what powers the world's largest public cloud? Join Annapurna Labs — the silicon team behind AWS — and work at the intersection of cutting-edge hardware and planet-scale infrastructure. Our DRAM solutions are the market leader for public cloud and enterprise, and we're looking for curious, driven engineers to help shape what comes next. No prior DRAM/DDR experience required. We invest heavily in our people — you'll receive hands-on mentorship and structured training to master high-speed memory interfaces from the ground up. What we're looking for is strong engineering fundamentals and the hunger to learn. What Makes This Role Special - Learn from the best — structured ramp-up on DDR4/DDR5/next-gen interfaces; no prior DRAM knowledge expected - Impact at scale — your work touches millions of AWS customers worldwide - Advanced technology — contribute to innovations that push the boundaries of cloud computing and AGI infrastructure - World-class partners — collaborate with leading memory companies shaping the future of DRAM - Career growth — develop deep expertise in one of the most in-demand domains in silicon engineering Key job responsibilities As a System Integration Engineer on our DDR team, you'll own end-to-end interface development and integration across the full product lifecycle — from early concept through silicon bring-up to production debugging at scale. You'll be part of developing the advanced memory technologies that power AWS's AGI fleet. Day-to-day, you will: 1. Shape interface design strategies — influence architectural decisions that define next-generation memory subsystems 2. Drive system integration — bring together hardware, firmware, and software to deliver optimal design implementations 3. Debug at cloud scale — leverage data from the world's largest public cloud to solve complex cross-domain challenges 4. Collaborate with industry leaders — work directly with the top DRAM manufacturers in the world 5. Raise the bar — set quality s
