What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelors or masters degree (ongoing or completed) in a relevant field (sustainability, industrial engineering, packaging engineering,. . . ), analytical skills and a structured, detail-oriented way of working., Good proficiency in Excel and familiarity with Microsoft tools such as SharePoint., An interest in working with data, sustainability topics, and process improvement., communication skills and the ability to collaborate with different stakeholders., Fluency in English.
Nice to Have
Experience with tools such as Power Automate or working with data validation/AI-supported workflows is a plus, but not required., relevant industrial or academic experience that can be relevant to the project (sustainability, circular economy, master data building, experience working with chemical or packaging components, coding, …)
What You'll Do.
Support the integration of sustainability and packaging data from a newly acquired brand into existing systems.
and help resolve data gaps to improve overall data quality and consistency.
Coordinate and manage data files received from suppliers
ensuring completeness and usability for PPWR compliance.
Validate and structure data and files using internal AI tools
Excel-based workflows
and develop new tools (using Excel
Follow up with stakeholders to resolve inconsistencies and missing information.
Collaborate closely with the client’s sustainability and operations teams to support ongoing initiatives.
Other operational tasks will arise from daily work with the Sustainability team.
