Join Baxter and work alongside experienced scientists on **cutting-edge studies** in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. ## _**Your Role**_ As a Junior Study Director, you will contribute to the **design, coordination, and execution of E &L studies**, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards while developing your scientific and project management skills. ## _**What You Will Do:**_ * Support the **design and execution of E &L studies** with internal teams and external laboratories * Contribute to **protocol writing, data analysis, and reporting** * Ensure alignment with **industry standards** (ISO 10993-18, USP ) * Collaborate with cross-functional teams (analytical chemistry, toxicology, regulatory, manufacturing) * Participate in **compound identification and data interpretation** * Support scientific investigations and **continuous improvement initiatives** * Ensure compliance with **quality and regulatory requirements** ## _**What You Will Bring:**_ * **Education & Experience
