What They're Looking For.
Must Have
1-2 years practical experience through internships, working student activities, training or traineeships, Interest in consumer behavior, social media and brand communication, Curiosity about cultural and societal topics, Studies or training in business/economics, media, communication, sociology, cultural studies or comparable, Understanding of digital platforms and social media, Very good German and English skills in spoken and written, Structured and independent way of working, Communication strength and enjoyment of teamwork, Openness to data, insights and analytical thinking, Confident use of Google Slides, PowerPoint and Excel, or the motivation to familiarize yourself quickly, Willingness to learn, ask questions and contribute new perspectives
Nice to Have
Ideally, you may have been a working student in an agency and know that you want to work in strategy long-term.
What You'll Do.
Support the Strategy Team in day-to-day business and client projects
trends and cultural developments
Contribute to channel
content and campaign strategies
Support pitch and strategy processes
Creation and preparation of presentations
Derivation of insights from social media
platforms and cultural developments
brainstormings and strategic derivations
