What You'll Do.
Assist Executive Chef and Sous Chef in daily
Oversee kitchen staff
ensuring efficient workflow and adherence
Contribute to menu planning and development
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
Train and mentor junior kitchen staff
Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies
Ensure consistent quality and presentation of dishes
Handle kitchen equipment and tools responsibly
Be prepared to work any station as needed
Responsible for closing the kitchen when scheduled
