Must Have
1–2 years of experience as a Junior Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie, solid background in modern, seasonal cooking with fresh ingredients, understand prep, service flow, and the rhythm of a busy kitchen, comfortable using digital tools for prep, stock, or planning, speak English and Spanish
