Previous Junior Sous Chef or Sous Chef experience, Previous experience in a similar environment, Legally eligible to work in Canada

What You'll Do.
Communicate restaurant's vision
Monitor kitchen operations
Build relationships with team members
Build relationships with front of house management
Follow proper ordering procedures
Follow inventory procedures
Follow receiving procedures
Show leadership in creating culture
Promote the restaurant
Conduct training initiatives
Conduct development initiatives
Conduct performance management
Conduct employee coaching
