Chef de Partie or similar experience
What You'll Do.
Assist Head Chef and Senior Sous Chef
Prepare and cook dishes
Support junior kitchen staff
Maintain cleanliness and organisation
Maintain WHS standards
Maintain food hygiene standards
Assist in menu planning
Assist with recipe execution
Assist with kitchen efficiency improvements
Assist with inventory management
