Collaborate with product, design, and data to refine scope, break work into iterations, and deliver measurable customer value. Improve system health: fix bugs, reduce tech debt, and contribute to performance, reliability, security, and maintainability. Leverage modern dev tools (e.g., Git, CI/CD, observability, AI assistants) thoughtfully, critiquing and iterating rather than accepting output blindly. Required Skills Experience: Professional software development (internships/co‑ops count), building web apps or cloud services. Languages/Stack: Proficiency in at least one of: TypeScript/Node.js, Java/Kotlin/C#, Python, Ruby, or Go—and/or React with TypeScript. Willingness to learn our stack. Foundations: Solid grasp of data structures, algorithms, HTTP, REST/GraphQL, and relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL/MySQL). Quality caching and NoSQL (Redis/Elasticsearch). Observability/monitoring (Datadog, Prometheus, OpenTelemetry) and basic SRE practices. Experience in eCommerce, marketing tech, or SaaS at scale; familiarity with AI‑assisted development tools.
