Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field OR bootcamp training, internship experience, academic projects, or equivalent hands-on experience, Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, interest in web development, automation, AI, and emerging technologies, problem-solving skills and attention to detail, Good communication and collaboration skills, Eagerness to learn, grow, and respond positively to feedback

Exposure to React or another modern frontend framework, Familiarity with Git or other version control tools, Interest in automation technologies, RPA, or AI-assisted development, Exposure to testing, QA, or debugging practices, Familiarity with modern development, design, or collaboration tools, Experience using AI tools for coding assistance, workflow support, research, or analysis, Personal, academic, internship, or freelance projects that demonstrate initiative and continuous learning
