What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Social Work degree, Valid driver’s License, experience in driving for longer than 1 year, Computer Literacy (MS Office – Word, Excel & PowerPoint), Fluency in speaking and writing IsiZulu and English, Registered under the South African Council for Social Service Professions (SACSSP), At least 5 years’ experience in counselling/therapy intervention, Previous experience working in rural communities

What You'll Do.
Conducting home visits
Assess living conditions
Evaluate family dynamics
Identify potential risks
Provide counselling/therapy sessions
Case management (documentation and reporting)
Ensure ethical standards
Develop strategic relationships

Team & Collaboration
Maintain strategic relationships within the AHRI departments; Maintain relationships with Hlabisa Sub-district health and social welfare service providers; Establishing and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders
Communication Scope
Fluency in speaking and writing IsiZulu and English; Communication Skills
