What They're Looking For.

Must Have

2 years of experience in Social Media Analytics, Data Analyst, Business Intelligence or similar roles with a strong focus on digital and social media environments, Expertise in social listening and analysis tools (e.g., Brandwatch, Sprinklr, Sprout Social, HypeAuditor), Expertise in web analytics platforms (Google Analytics), Expertise in data visualization tools (Power BI, Looker Studio), Strong analytical, statistical, and problem-solving skills, Ability to handle and structure large volumes of data, Deep knowledge of metrics, algorithms, and operating dynamics of major social platforms, Native or bilingual level in English, Excellent oral and written communication skills, Ability to connect data insights with business objectives and translate them into actionable strategies

Nice to Have

Previous experience in analyzing social media data and trends within the automotive sector, Experience with dbt, Experience with Snowflake, Experience with BigQuery, Experience with AWS, Experience with GCP, Experience with Azure

What You'll Do.

Translate data into clear

actionable insights to drive strategic decision-making for content

and community management

Develop and maintain comprehensive and visually appealing performance dashboards and reports tailored to different stakeholders

Proactively identify optimization opportunities for campaigns

and audience segmentation

proposing data-driven recommendations to maximize engagement

Monitor and analyze social media conversations

and relevant trends for brands using advanced social listening tools

Work closely with Social Media

and Account teams to ensure data integration into the overall brand strategy
