From prototype to real-world impact - be part of a global shift by doing work that matters. * Onsite GPP expert - Act as the focal point for any GPP related question or issue and liaise between Client system and Finastra teams * Participate in different LLD (Low Level Design) / ILD (Interface Level Design) workshops Onsite and provide inputs on system design, interface designs, system integration etc. * Act as Configuration expert for the Customer and support System and Business configuration * Triage GPP testing issues using logs, trace files, Oracle queries etc. * Support Bank’s SIT/UAT/NFT test phases through query resolution, test scope review etc * Triage Production issues and recommend workarounds.
