## Description Unison is a telecom and renewables infrastructure investment firm funded in partnership with Ardian - the global investment house based in Paris with over $150 billion in assets under management. Unison commenced operations in 2003 and today invests in real estate and infrastructure hosting wireless and renewables tenants in the United States and Europe. The Company is expanding rapidly and looking for talented, entrepreneurial team members to grow with us. The Role We are looking for a Junior Site Development & Data Research Specialist (m/w/d) to support our expansion across Westphalia and Bavaria. This is a data-driven entry-level role with exposure to site acquisition activities. The primary focus is on data mining, research, and pipeline building, with gradual involvement in property owner outreach and deal support. You will work closely with the Sales and Site Acquisition team to identify, validate, and develop new site opportunities. Key Responsibilities Conduct data mining and online research to identify potential landowners and sites. Build, manage, and continuously improve a structured pipeline of site opportunities. Validate property, ownership, and geographic data from public and internal sources. Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and internal databases. Support data quality, consistency, and reporting. Assist in early-stage site acquisition activities, including outreach preparation. Support communication with property owners via phone and email. Contribute to lead qualification and pipeline progression. Work alongside Site Acquisition Specialists on active deals. Help track progress against pipeline and acquisition targets. Follow defined processes and quality standards. Contribute to improving research methods, tools, and workflows. Collaborate with international teams across Germany and Europe.
