What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Minimum 5 and maximum 7 years of experience working in dynamic IT environment, Minimum 3 years of experience working as a ServiceNow Business Analyst, Certified System Admin certification from Servicenow, Proven experience of a Highly Skilled Business Analyst in taking very high-level requirements and working with stakeholders of different seniorities to translate them into technical stories is a Must, Experience working in Scaled Agile environment, Advanced analytical and problem-solving experience, ability to multi-task and effectively manage priorities, Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, ability to work effectively in virtual teams across multiple locations, Open to learn javascript for code analysis purposes only (javascripting is not expected)

Nice to Have

Good understanding of ServiceNow ITSM suite (Incident, Problem, Change, Configuration, Service Request). Mainline ServiceNow Certifications in this area will be an added advantage.

What You'll Do.

Understand BA domain and the Servicenow platform to navigate the platform with ease to meet/deliver the requirements.

Understand the feature with help of Product Owners

size it and decompose it into jira stories

adhere to internal jira story standards

Participate and contribute in Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR)/Agile Delivery and support/enable related deliverables (e. g. QBR plan prep

feature slotting into QBR sprints etc) and Scrum Ceremonies

Analyse Requirement and defects (functional and technical)

Run Gap Analysis where necessary and willing to perform code analysis to pinpoint root cause with minimum developer help

Lead/participate in the Requirement gathering/elicitation/discovery calls and gain requirement sign off

Review the implementation done by Devs and ensure it aligns with requirement

facilitate testing sessions when necessary

Run a demo of developed story/feature with Stakeholders and gain sign off

prepared by QA and share feedback

Connect with Architects when required

Explore latest features within ServiceNow and build competency

Produce release notes

work with the best ServiceNow Engineers and Business Analysts within the teams spanning three locations (UK, US and India); work effectively in virtual teams across multiple locations; working collaboratively
