We are seeking a Service Desk Executive to provide exceptional support to our clients, primarily production companies, international broadcasters, and content suppliers. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with a keen eye for detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. **Responsibilities** * Assist and support users with system-related queries to resolve them in a timely manner * Offer a seamless client experience by accurately interpreting and resolving queries * Build and maintain positive relationships between reputed production companies, international broadcasters, and content suppliers * Set up and manage client accounts on the company systems * Facilitate communication between broadcasters and production companies * Troubleshoot user-related issues to provide accurate and appropriate solutions * Prepare documents relating to the Service Desk workflow **Requirements** * Diploma or a partially completed HND or any other equivalent qualification * Excellent communication skills in English (Verbal / Written) * Good computer literacy (MS Office / Google Sheets) * Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively
