What They're Looking For.

Must Have

1-2 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance or a related field, Basic understanding of the Salesforce platform (Admin concepts, data model), Familiarity with test automation concepts, Experience with test case management and defect tracking tools (e. g. , Jira)

Nice to Have

Bachelor's or higher qualification in Computer Science, Information Systems, Accounting & Finance, or equivalent, Experience with Generative AI tools and their application in testing processes, Proactive mindset and ability to take initiative, time management skills, Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies

Develop and test solutions

Test applications across Web

Establish efficient data comparison methods

Minimize time to market

Leverage automation and innovative practices

Design and execute manual test cases

Assist in developing automated test scripts

Perform troubleshooting on failing scripts

Validate data integrity

Execute tests for Agentforce use cases
