Must Have
Some professional experience in a technical role, Basic to intermediate understanding of APIs, integration concepts, or data platforms, Interest or initial exposure to healthcare interoperability (e. g. HL7, FHIR), Familiarity with cloud environments or modern application architectures, Interest in AI and emerging technologies, Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to different audiences, Fluency in German and English

At InterSystems, you will contribute to this transformation by working with leading healthcare organizations and supporting the design of modern, data-driven solutions. As a Junior Sales Engineer, you will act as a technical advisor in development, contributing to customer projects across healthcare interoperability, data platforms, and cloud-based architectures. With the support of senior colleagues, you will progressively take ownership of technical discussions and solution design. Your role You will be involved in customer engagements throughout the technical sales cycle, contributing to solution positioning, demonstrations, and technical discussions. You are expected to bring a solid technical foundation and some initial exposure to customer-facing contexts, while growing into a more strategic advisory role over time. Your responsibilities include: Supporting customer discussions around healthcare architectures and data platforms Contributing to the positioning of interoperability, analytics, and AI solutions Delivering or supporting product demonstrations and technical presentations Assisting in the development of solution designs and technical proposals Supporting proof-of-concepts and technical validations Applying and developing knowledge of HL7, FHIR, APIs, and cloud architectures Collaborating with international teams across Sales, Product Management, and Engineering Your profile You already have some professional experience in a technical role and are looking to further develop your skills in a customer-facing, solution-oriented position.
