Full Job Description
**About the job** As Junior RevOps Associate, you will play a key role in supporting Storyteq’s commercial teams (Sales, Marketing, and Client Services) by ensuring the quality, accuracy and reliability of our data in HubSpot and other connected tools. You will be responsible for keeping our CRM clean and structured, monitoring pipeline accuracy, and ensuring records are complete and correctly assigned. In addition, you will support the team with business analysis, driving insights from commercial data, and documenting processes and workflows to drive consistency and scalability across the business. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys detail-oriented work, has an analytical mindset, and is eager to grow into a RevOps career. **Requirements** **Key Responsibilities** * Own and maintain HubSpot data quality: deduplication, record completeness, field accuracy, and ownership rules. * Run regular data audits across HubSpot and connected tools (e.g., Gong, Outreach, Planhat). * Support Sales and Client Services forecasting by ensuring pipeline accuracy and flagging anomalies. * Conduct business analysis in Excel (conversion rates, churn signals, pipeline coverage, campaign performance). * Document GTM processes and workflows in a RevOps playbook to support consistency and onboarding. * Support QA and light testing of new automations or CRM workflows. * Provide ad-hoc operational support to the RevOps team. **What You’ll Learn** * Deep hands-on knowledge of HubSpot administration and reporting. * How to build and maintain high-quality commercial data in a fast-scaling SaaS environment. * Practical experience in business analysis and reporting for GTM teams. * How to document and scale commercial processes for Sales, Marketing, and Client Services. * Exposure to the broader RevOps toolkit and workflows, including forecasting and automation.
