Must Have
1–3 years of experience in FMCG, retail, market research, or analytics roles, analytical mindset with attention to detail, Good communication and presentation skills, Eagerness to learn and grow in a client-facing environment, organizational and coordination skills, Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple priorities, Good knowledge of Excel & PowerPoint, Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools, Comfortable working in a data-driven environment, Fluent in Bulgarian and English
