What You'll Do.
Coordinate end-to-end repair processes
Track daily/weekly Turn-Around-Time (TAT)
Provide administrative coordination for repair flows
Serve as 2nd line of support for Customer Care
Maintain and update internal databases
Execute country-specific processes
Resolve localized logistics bottlenecks
Validate monthly service invoices
Liaise with Export Compliance
Liaise with logistics departments
Identify and escalate repair issues
