(Milano), with a focus on assisting client coverage, credit-related tasks, and business development initiatives. To contribute proactively to new customer acquisition by conducting market research, identifying potential prospects, and taking an active role in the initial client outreach. **ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS** Business Support / Client Coverage: * Support senior RMs in maintaining and developing long-term relationships with existing customers by preparing meeting materials, gathering client information, and assisting follow‑up activities. * Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and potential new clients, contributing to the team’s new customer acquisition strategy. * Take an active role in the initial approach to prospective customers, including preparing proposals, coordinating internal discussions, and joining introductory meetings when appropriate. * Assist in sharing client information and business opportunities with primary office (Japan/Europe) and relevant HQ divisions. *
