Full Job Description

### ***** 3 Month Fixed Term Contract ***** Every member of the CPM team contributes to the overall growth of our business. People are at the core of CPM’s proposition, and as a member of the Human Resources team, this role will support the delivery of a positive employee experience and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement. This is an excellent opportunity for someone at an early stage in their career to gain hands-on experience in recruitment and HR administration within a fast-paced environment. A positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and a willingness to learn are key to success in this role. ### **Role Overview** The primary focus of this role is to provide administrative and coordination support to the Recruitment function within the business. You will assist with day-to-day recruitment activities while ensuring adherence to internal policies and company values: **We Care, We’re Curious, and We Achieve Together**. ### **Key Responsibilities** * Support hiring managers and the HR team with recruitment administration * Review job adverts and documentation for accuracy, spelling, and formatting * Post job vacancies across job boards and other platforms as directed * Schedule interviews and prepare interview packs * Coordinate with interview panels to organise interview logistics * Assist with onboarding administration, including issuing contracts and induction packs * Track completion of new starter documentation and follow up where required * Maintain accurate records on recruitment systems * Provide general administrative support to the HR team and assist with ad hoc projects ### **Skills & Experience** ### **Essential:** * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Good organisational skills and attention to detail * Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) * Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines * Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with different stakeholders * Proactive attitude a
