Source candidates through recruiting events
Conduct initial phone interviews
Coordinate interviews
Coordinate hiring activities
Assist senior recruiters
Maintain high-volume pipeline
Track recruiting activity
Support onboarding coordination
Support pre-employment processes
Participate in job fairs
Participate in hiring events
Participate in workforce development partnerships
Ensure positive candidate experience
Improve recruiting workflows
Improve operational hiring efficiency
