Must Have
1–3 years of recruiting, coordination, research, campus recruitment, or people-facing experience, communication and interpersonal skills, High curiosity and willingness to learn technical concepts quickly, Comfort operating in fast-paced and changing environments, ownership mentality and attention to detail, Creative problem-solving mindset, Interest in technology, engineering, aerospace, robotics, AI, or defence, Comfortable using AI tools and modern recruiting workflows, Mission-driven mindset and excitement about building meaningful technology, relationship-building skills with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders

What You'll Do.
Support recruiting across engineering
and early talent recruiting initiatives
including university outreach
and candidate engagement
Build proactive talent pipelines instead of relying only on inbound applicants
Source candidates through LinkedIn
technical communities
and creative outreach strategies
Conduct candidate outreach and initial screening conversations
Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with candidates and hiring teams
Support recruiting operations
and AI-enabled recruiting workflows
Partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders throughout the hiring process
Learn technical recruiting fundamentals from experienced recruiters and leadership
Help deliver a candidate experience while operating with urgency
Adapt quickly in a fast-moving startup environment with evolving priorities
