What You'll Do.

Conduct in-person prospecting of real estate agencies in target neighborhoods to expand our network.

Develop and maintain a database of active professional contacts in the market.

Implement a structured follow-up process through regular email and phone contact.

Identify and onboard new prospects

maintaining an up-to-date referencing file.

Establish and execute a communication and follow-up strategy with landlords (LLs) and existing contacts.

Visit properties to assess potential

identifying key strengths and weaknesses.

Collect and organize all necessary documentation to complete property files.

Collaborate with management to define and execute negotiation strategies for securing optimal contractual terms.
