What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Fluent in Spanish and English, 0–3 years’ experience in operations, supply chain, logistics or customer experience in a regulated environment, Familiar with Microsoft Excel, attention to detail, demonstrated ability to follow SOPs and work instructions
Nice to Have
Prior exposure to pharmaceutical, biotech or healthcare operations, Experience with data visualisation tools (Power BI, Tableau)

Execute operational transactions
Maintain data integrity and traceability
Monitor operational KPIs
Prepare and verify shipment documentation
Log and coordinate responses for deviations
Serve as a primary contact
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Provide backup support for planning activities
