### **Job Description** ## **Overview** The Junior Project Specialist supports the execution of project workstreams by assisting with coordination across engineering, procurement, and construction activities. This role contributes to maintaining alignment with project scope, schedule, budget, and nuclear safety standards while developing foundational project and technical expertise. Working under the guidance of senior team members, the Junior Project Specialist assists in monitoring project progress, maintaining documentation, and supporting quality, governance, and change control processes. This role provides day-to-day coordination support to engineering and construction teams and participates in planning and execution activities. ## **Your** **role** * Coordinate with Engineering and Project teams to ensure technical requirements are adequately prepared. * Provide status and progress reports in support of the Project Manager. * Maintain project tracking tools and dashboards. * Assist in coordinating project activities across engineering, procurement, and construction teams to support delivery of assigned workstreams. * Provide guidance to technical teams on Project Delivery operations. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support design, planning, and execution activities. * Ensure adherence to safety, regulatory, and nuclear quality standards under supervision. * Support risk identification, issue tracking, and follow-up on action items. ## **About you** * Honours STEM Degree. * Certifications (nice to have): * CAPM. * Microsoft Power Platform Fundamentals (PL-900). * Power BI Data Analyst (PL-300). * Power Platform App Maker (PL-100). * 2+ years of experience. * Experience with Stakeholder Coordination. * Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate). * Strong communication skills. ## **Rewards & benefits** Explore the rewards and benefits that help you thrive – at every stage of your life and your career at AtkinsRéalis
