## Key Responsibilities Support end-to-end release lifecycle management including planning, validation, approvals, and deployment governance Coordinate cross-functional teams (Engineering, QA, DevOps, Product) to ensure alignment on sprint and release objectives Track and manage dependencies, risks, and issues with proactive escalation and mitigation Facilitate Agile ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming Ensure high-quality user stories and acceptance criteria aligned to Definition of Ready and Definition of Done Coordinate production releases and support incident triage, resolution tracking, and post-incident reviews Prepare weekly and monthly governance reports covering delivery status, risks, and key metrics Drive adherence to SDLC standards, audit requirements, and internal compliance processes ## Required Qualifications 2–5 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or Scrum roles Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and software development lifecycle Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Excel, and PowerPoint Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
