As a Junior / Associate Project Manager at Telefónica Tech you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of small projects and workstreams, operating with increasing autonomy while supported by senior delivery leadership. You are accountable for planning, coordination, and commercial control at a smaller scale, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard. This role is a key development step toward full Project Manager capability, combining delivery ownership with structured support and coaching. Key Responsibilities 1.
