Must Have
University degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or comparable field, First experience in a management consultancy or as a project manager in a company, Solid portfolio of project management and change methods, First experience in retail and understanding of the challenges of purchasing and planning in the fashion and luxury sector, Ability to structure problems, develop solutions, and translate them into project approaches, Decision-oriented storytelling and target-group-oriented presentation of facts (on slides, in emails, and verbally), Confident in dealing with discussion partners, Openness to new topics and enjoyment of questioning existing strategies and processes, Ability to work in a team, but also comfortable driving topics independently, Very good MS Office skills, Analytical thinking skills, Structured and responsible way of working

Die Position ist bis zum 31.07.2027 befristet zu besetzen. * Du bist Teil des Teams Merchandising Strategy & Development * Du unterstützt strategische Projekte , die Teil des Transformationsprogramms im Einkauf sind * Teilprojekte führst und koordinierst du eigenständig * Du stellst bereichsübergreifende & cross-funktionale Abstimmungen sicher * Du unterstützt in der Erarbeitung managementgerechter Entscheidungsvorlagen für die Unternehmensleitung * Du monitorst den Change in Deinen Projekten und erstellst Ziel- und Empfängerorientierte Change Konzepte ## Qualifications * Sehr gut abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, des Wirtschaftsingeneurwesens oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs * Erste Erfahrungen in einer Unternehmensberatung oder als Projektleiter in einem Unternehmen * Du verfügst über ein solides Portfolio an Projektmanagement- und Change-Methoden * Erste Erfahrungen im Handel und du verstehst die Problemstellungen von Einkauf und Planung im Mode- und Luxus-Umfeld * Probleme zu strukturieren, Lösungsansätze zu entwickeln und diese in ein Projektvorgehen zu übersetzen, gehört zu Deinen Kernkompetenzen * Entscheidungsorientiertes Storylining und zielgruppengerechte Darstellung von Fakten prägt Deine Kommunikation, auf Folien, in Emails und verbal. * Du bist souverän im Umgang mit Gesprächspartnern * Du bist offen für neue Themen und hast Freude daran, bestehende Strategien und Prozesse zu hinterfragen * Du arbeitest gerne im Team , hast aber auch kein Problem damit, deine Themen selbständig voranzutreiben * Du verfügst über sehr gute MS-Office Kenntnisse * Dein analyt
