drive our video and broadcast graphics products forward; ensure our replay and graphics systems remain incredibly stable and reliable; video and graphics products are smoothly embedded in live, high-pressure match operations; shaping short-range roadmaps; defining OKRs; handling increasing ambiguity

What They're Looking For.
Must Have
1–3 years of experience in a product-related role, technical grounding, Proven experience coordinating QC/regression testing, Basic understanding or experience working with video streaming, capture technology, media formats, or data-oriented products, ability to interpret basic operational telemetry, Excellent communication skills, proactive mindset to plan your own work, handle live environment ambiguity, escalate risks appropriately
Nice to Have
Experience supporting product launches, creating technical documentation or tutorial content for broadcast teams, Exposure to stakeholder engagement, prioritization frameworks, roadmap contribution, Experience working with products that combine software, high-performance video capture hardware, and graphics engines in high-pressure, live broadcast, or real-time sports environments
What You'll Do.
Act as the voice of broadcast operators
Translate needs into epics
Maintain a prioritized backlog using data
Define and coordinate QC activities
Lead defect detection
and root cause investigations
Work with Software Engineering
Participate fully in Agile ceremonies
monitor support channels
coordinate third-line support
Create and maintain documentation
and training materials
Support live studio pilots
and early-life support
Build capabilities across the full product lifecycle
begin shaping short-range roadmaps
handling increasing ambiguity
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Work day-to-day with Software Engineering, Video Infrastructure, QA, TechOps, and UI/UX teams to align on scope; Participate fully in Agile ceremonies; Coordinate third-line support within your scope
Communication Scope
communicate effectively with software engineers, QA, and media operators; Excellent communication skills
Process & Methodology
backlog definition, prioritisation, delivery outcomes, Agile ceremonies, roadmap contribution
