What They're Looking For.
Must Have
1–3 years of experience in a product-related role (e. g. , Associate Product Owner, Business Analyst, QA, Operator, or similar) working on technically complex products, technical grounding with the ability to communicate effectively with engineers, QA, and operators across software-hardware integrated systems, Proven experience coordinating QC/regression testing and managing defect resolution, Experience working with cloud-based and data-oriented products, with the ability to interpret basic product analytics and operational telemetry, Excellent communication skills and a proactive mindset to plan your own work, handle ambiguity, and escalate risks appropriately
Nice to Have
Experience supporting product launches and creating documentation or tutorial content, Exposure to stakeholder engagement, prioritisation frameworks, and roadmap contribution, Experience working with products that combine software, high-performance cameras, and hardware in high-pressure, live broadcast, or real-time sports environments
What You'll Do.
Act as the voice of users
Translate needs into epics
Maintain a prioritised backlog using data
Define and coordinate QC activities
Lead defect detection
and root cause investigations
Work day-to-day with Engineering
Participate fully in Agile ceremonies
Monitor support channels
Coordinate third-line support
Create and maintain documentation
and training materials

Build capabilities across the full product lifecycle
Begin shaping short-range roadmaps
Handle increasing ambiguity
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Work day-to-day with Engineering, QA, TechOps, and UX teams to align on scope; Participate fully in Agile ceremonies
Communication Scope
communicate effectively with engineers, QA, and operators; Excellent communication skills
Process & Methodology
Backlog prioritisation, Roadmap contribution
