What They're Looking For.
Must Have
1–3 years of experience in a product-related role, technical grounding, communicate effectively with software engineers, QA, and media operators, Proven experience coordinating QC/regression testing, managing defect resolution, Basic understanding or experience working with video streaming, capture technology, media formats, or data-oriented products, ability to interpret basic operational telemetry, Excellent communication skills, proactive mindset to plan your own work, handle live environment ambiguity, escalate risks appropriately
Nice to Have
Experience supporting product launches, creating technical documentation or tutorial content, Exposure to stakeholder engagement, prioritization frameworks, roadmap contribution, Experience working with products that combine software, high-performance video capture hardware, and graphics engines in high-pressure, live broadcast, or real-time sports environments
What You'll Do.
Act as voice of broadcast operators
Translate needs into epics
Maintain prioritized backlog using data
Define and coordinate QC activities
Lead defect detection
Work with Software Engineering
Participate in Agile ceremonies
Monitor support channels
Coordinate third-line support
Create and maintain documentation
Support live studio pilots
Support early-life product integration
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Work day-to-day with Software Engineering, Video Infrastructure, QA, TechOps, and UI/UX teams; Align on scope; Participate fully in Agile ceremonies; Coordinate third-line support within your scope; Stakeholder engagement
Communication Scope
