We’re looking for a smart, curious, technically-minded Junior Product Operations to join our product team on a part-time basis (3 days per week). This is an entry-level role for someone who loves data, enjoys solving complex technical problems, and isn’t afraid to get their hands dirty with SQL, dashboards, or a bit of scripting. You’ll work directly with experienced PMs and engineers on a very technical SaaS product, turning customer needs into features, defining requirements, and delivering value to real users. This role is based in our Tel Aviv office and requires working on-site. WHAT YOU’LL DO - Collaborate with PMs, engineers, and designers to define and deliver product features that help customers manage their cloud costs. - Help shape the built-in product content by building and iterating on AI agents that automate FinOps workflows — from anomaly detection to cost optimization tracking. - Learn the product development lifecycle end-to-end - from discovery and defining user stories to managing the product backlog and supporting feature delivery. - Analyze customer feedback and usage data to identify opportunities for improvement. - Support releases with QA, documentation updates, and internal enablement. - Gain exposure to the FinOps world, cloud cost data, and how large companies use Finout to run their businesses.
