Must Have
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Business, Management, or a quantitative field (Math, System Analysis), Graduated from a university (e. g. , KSE, Kyiv-Mohyla Academy, KPI, KNEU, Taras Shevchenko University or similar), 1–2 years of experience in Big 4 or top consulting / advisory firms (PwC, Deloitte, EY, KPMG, BCG, McKinsey, Bain, etc. ), Experience in audit, transaction services, financial due diligence, corporate finance, strategy, or management, analytical skills and comfort working with data and structured problem-solving, Good English (Upper-Intermediate or higher)
Nice to Have
SQL, Python, Tableau, CFA Level 1+, internships or side projects in business, marketing, VC, entrepreneurial or ownership experience
