The mission of this role is to design clear, user-centered UI solutions for DKB Code Factory’s business-customer products, turning user insights into practical, accessible Figma deliverables that move features from discovery to production. This is an early-career role focused on hands-on learning! } } ; { your_responsibilities: [ Own design tasks for small features from discovery through handoff: flows, screens, and interactive prototypes in Figma. Deliver a structured Figma working file (including FigJam sketches, problem statements, hypotheses, components, and annotations) that demonstrates your process and reasoning. Collaborate closely with Product Owners, business analysts, and front-end developers to align on scope, feasibility, and handoff quality. Participate in and contribute to user research (interviews, usability checks) and translate findings into design decisions. Apply core UX/UI principles and accessibility basics to produce usable, consistent interfaces. - Iterate on designs based on feedback and basic product metrics; propose small prototypes or experiments where appropriate.
