What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3rd level qualification in Engineering (Manufacturing, Mechanical, Biomedical, Process, or equivalent), 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, Comfort working in a cleanroom environment, Willingness to be hands-on with mechanical/maintenance tasks, analytical mindset, basic understanding of Lean Manufacturing concepts, basic understanding of time-analysis tools, Competency with documentation tools (e. g. , Google Docs, MS Word), ability to read technical diagrams/drawings
Nice to Have
experience preferably within the medical device (ISO 13485) or pharmaceutical industries, Previous exposure to automated packaging lines or automation systems, Basic understanding of electrical wiring or circuit diagrams

Implement Lean manufacturing methods
Optimize continuous flowline efficiency
Conduct time analyses
Assist with capacity studies
Assist with line balancing
Provide hands-on support to Maintenance team
Support planned maintenance
Support reactive maintenance
Support troubleshooting of plant equipment
Support troubleshooting of automated equipment
Ensure optimal equipment performance
Ensure optimal workstation layout
Ensure optimal infrastructure
Support Process Engineering team
Support Validation teams
Execute equipment test protocols
Compile technical reports
Assist with basic diagnostics of packaging systems
Assist with basic diagnostics of automation systems
Assist with basic maintenance of packaging systems
Assist with basic maintenance of automation systems
Maintain compliance with safety standards
Participate in H&S programs

Team & Collaboration
Work directly on the floor to support Maintenance team; Support the Process Engineering and Validation teams
