Must Have
Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, 0–2 years of experience in a manufacturing, process engineering, or cGMP environment
Nice to Have
Internship or co-op experience in cosmetics, personal care, pharmaceuticals, food, or related manufacturing, Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English
What You'll Do.
Support manufacturing and filling operations
Assist in planning and executing pilot batches
Document process learnings from pilot runs
and report production data
Assist in authoring and revising manufacturing instructions
Participate in troubleshooting manufacturing issues
Support feasibility reviews for new product launches
Evaluate filling compatibility
Assist in developing range boards
Maintain project tracking tools
Identify and support continuous improvement opportunities
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Operate as the technical liaison to customers for tech transfers; work cross-functionally between R&D, sales, quality, engineering, packaging, and project managers; working directly with production teams on the floor; support knowledge transfer to Operations and Qualty; collaborating with R&D and Packaging teams; assist with communication of project progress across R&D, Operations, Quality, and Project Management

Ability to communicate technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical teams
Process & Methodology
Maintain project tracking tools, assist with communication of project progress
