Key Responsibilities Work closely with GTS leadership to establish and maintain delivery plans. Produce and manage regular project and programme reporting. Track and monitor risks, issues, actions, and decisions. Take ownership of specific workstreams and coordination activities. Maintain programme documentation within SharePoint and Confluence. Build strong relationships with stakeholders across business and technology teams. Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and scheduling activities. Support PMO governance processes and controls. Organise and facilitate project meetings and governance forums. Produce dashboard reporting and programme metrics. Conduct data analysis and reporting using spreadsheets and reporting tools. Key Skills & Experience Strong PMO background with a solid understanding of project delivery methodologies. Experience working within investment banking or financial services environments. Understanding of payments, transaction banking, FinTech, or digital payments is advantageous. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Confident, professional, and articulate approach. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work effectively across multiple teams and global stakeholders.
