What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Completed commercial training or a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, Basic understanding of accounting principles, attention to detail and a structured, reliable way of working, Comfortable working with Excel and financial systems, Hands-on mindset with a willingness to learn and grow, Fluent in German, Confident in basic English
Nice to Have
First practical experience in Accounting, Finance, Treasury, or Payment Operations (e.g. internship or working student role) is a plus
What You'll Do.
Post and reconcile daily bank and payment transactions in our financial systems
Monitor incoming and outgoing payments across various payment methods
and flag discrepancies or settlement differences
Support the resolution of payment-related issues in collaboration with senior team members
Ensure accurate and complete documentation of all payment processes
Prepare regular reports on payment volumes
Act as a first point of contact for internal payment-related inquiries
Support testing and implementation of new payment methods and system improvements
