We are looking for a sharp, tech-savvy operations professional to act as a core anchor for customer success, community management, and marketing operations. We are seeking a proactive and versatile **Junior Operations Manager** to oversee day-to-day client operations, reputation management, and influencer marketing coordination. This is a dynamic, highly visible role where you will serve as the bridge between technical client support and our marketing growth initiatives. The ideal candidate is comfortable communicating with global traders, managing public brand feedback, and directly supporting the leadership team in a fast-growing financial ecosystem. **Key Responsibilities** * **Technical Client Success:** Manage and respond to all high-level customer support requests via Slack, ensuring rapid, professional, and clear communication regarding platform issues and services. * **Reputation Architecture:** Monitor and manage public feedback on platforms like Trustpilot. Formulate strategic responses to enhance the firm's online reputation and coordinate the internal drive to maintain a 5-star rating. * **Influencer Marketing Operations:** Research, map out, and reach out to new influencers and content creators within the trading, crypto, and finance spaces to support marketing initiatives. * **Campaign Data Analytics:** Track the performance of ongoing influencer campaigns, compile regular reports, and deliver operational insights to internal teams. * **Executive Leadership Support:** Act as a reliable right-hand to the leadership team, assisting with administrative tasks, internal workflow auditing, and various ad-hoc operational projects. **Requirements** * **Experience:** **2-3 years** of profes
