On behalf of Vodori, GT is looking for Junior Onboarding & Implementation Specialist to support its implementation team in response to a rapid success in sales and resulting new customer projects in 2H 2026. ABOUT THE CLIENT Founded in 2005, Vodori is a purpose-built SaaS company helping life sciences organizations accelerate compliant promotional content review. With two decades of experience, Vodori has become the trusted choice for pharmaceutical, medical device, biotech, and diagnostics companies worldwide. Positioned as a modern, flexible, and cost-effective alternative to legacy systems, Vodori partners closely with Salesforce and other commercial tools, and is rapidly expanding its footprint across enterprise life sciences organizations looking to future-proof their operations. ABOUT THE ROLE This role is designed for someone who can provide hands-on support to existing Implementation Managers across customer onboarding, implementation coordination, testing, UAT, training preparation, documentation, and other customer-facing enablement activities. You would not be expected to independently own complex implementation projects from day one. However, you should be comfortable working with enterprise customers, learning software workflows, supporting project delivery, and helping users successfully adopt Vodori’s platform. This opportunity may be a good fit for someone with experience in customer onboarding, customer success, implementation support, software support, training coordination, or similar customer-facing SaaS / enterprise software roles. - Contract duration: potentially 3–6 months with possibility of extension or direct hire based on performance and Vodori’s continued resource needs.
