Based in the Netherlands and available to work from our Amsterdam or Rotterdam office at least 2 days per week

What They're Looking For.

Must Have

1–4 years of experience in a brand, agency, or in-house creative environment, A portfolio showcasing branding, digital design, social, and campaign work, A sharp eye for typography, layout, composition, and visual storytelling, Confidence working across Adobe Creative Suite, Ability to work across multiple projects while staying organized and detail-oriented, A proactive mindset with eagerness to learn, collaborate, and grow, Curious about emerging creative technologies and actively experimenting with AI tools within the design process, Comfortable working in a fast-moving creative environment, communication skills and fluency in English, Based in the Netherlands and available to work from our Amsterdam or Rotterdam office at least 2 days per week

Nice to Have

Motion design skills (After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar) are a plus, Experience designing for digital-first brands and social platforms, plus if experienced in delivering print assets and preparing designs for physical production

We’re looking for a Junior / Midweight Brand Designer with strong creative instincts, a sharp eye for detail, and a passion for building bold, modern brand experiences. Someone who can translate ideas into impactful visuals, thrives in a collaborative environment, and is excited to help evolve one of the most ambitious digital agency brands in the world. JOB PURPOSE As a Junior / Midweight Brand Designer, you’ll play an important role in the visual development and day-to-day execution of the DEPT® brand. You’ll work closely with our wider marketing and creative teams to design assets across digital, social, motion, editorial, presentation, event, and campaign touchpoints. You’re confident working within established brand systems while also pushing for fresh, creative ideas that help evolve the brand. You care about craft, understand digital culture, and know how to create work that feels thoughtful, bold, and engaging.
