Based in the Netherlands and available to work from our Amsterdam or Rotterdam office at least 2 days per week

What They're Looking For.

Must Have

1–4 years of experience in a brand, agency, or in-house creative environment, A portfolio showcasing branding, digital design, social, and campaign work, A sharp eye for typography, layout, composition, and visual storytelling, Confidence working across Adobe Creative Suite, Ability to work across multiple projects while staying organized and detail-oriented, A proactive mindset with eagerness to learn, collaborate, and grow, Curious about emerging creative technologies and actively experimenting with AI tools within the design process, Comfortable working in a fast-moving creative environment, communication skills and fluency in English, Based in the Netherlands and available to work from our Amsterdam or Rotterdam office at least 2 days per week

Nice to Have

Motion design skills (After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar) are a plus, Experience designing for digital-first brands and social platforms, plus if experienced in delivering print assets and preparing designs for physical production

What You'll Do.

Create compelling visual assets across social media

Help evolve and maintain the DEPT® visual identity across global touch points and work within our brand system

Translate creative concepts into clear

high-quality design executions

Work across both static and motion design deliverables

depending on project needs

Contribute to creative brainstorms

and design explorations

Prepare files and assets for digital

and production purposes

Help maintain and organize templates

and shared creative resources

Stay up to date with design

and digital trends — bringing new ideas and inspiration into the team

Present work clearly and confidently

while being open to feedback and iteration
