What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Experience with agile frameworks and practices, problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues, Experience as a developer, Experience working with Python and ReactJS, Experience with various database technologies (relational, nosql, document-oriented, etc) and query concepts in high performance environments, Experience writing unit and integration tests, Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to various audiences
Nice to Have
B. Sc or M. Sc degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science or similar, Commercial experience with AI tools and concepts, including machine learning and large language models, Experience of TDD, Experience setting up or configuring CI/CD pipelines, Experience working in a startup environment (we are not a startup but are looking for our AI Labs teams to have a startup mindset)
