Canadian Helicopters is a helicopter transportation service, maintenance support and flight training company. In business since 1947, Canadian Helicopters is Canada's largest helicopter operator with over 20 locations across the country and a fleet of nearly 100 single and multi-engine aircrafts. We currently have an exciting career opportunity for a Junior Mechanic Technician at our head office located in Les Cèdres, near Vaudreuil-Dorion. The Junior Mechanic Technician reports directly to the Engine and Components Overhaul Shop Manager. He is responsible for the inspection, disassembly and cleaning of aeronautical components. He ensures that the execution of his tasks is carried out in accordance with the airworthiness standards established by the manufacturer, the Canadian Aviation Regulations as well as those of the company. Responsibilities: * Perform maintenance activities such as, arrival inspections, disassembly, cleaning of aeronautical components; * Keep personal qualifications up to date; * Adhere to the standards, procedures and policies established by the company; * Use various software and files related to the execution of tasks. ## Qualifications * Professional Diploma in mechanic (completed or in the process of being completed) * Bilingualism (French and English, spoken and written). As a pan-Canadian company, bilingualism is required to ensure communications between all bases across the country. * Basic knowledge of MS Office Suite; * Ability to work in a team; * Analytical mind, problem-solving skills and organizational skills. ## Additional Information Location: 1215 Montée Pilon, Les Cèdres, QC Working conditions: * Working hours: Monday to Friday; * A complete benefits package; * Retirement plan; * Days personal paid; * And much more!
