About the Role This role is part of the Master Data team within the Order-to-Cash (OtC) stream, operating in a dynamic environment. While the core focus is on maintaining high-quality customer and supplier data, the team also supports system administration tasks and continuous improvement initiatives. As a Master Data Specialist, you will collaborate closely with Accounts Payable (AP) and Order-to-Cash (OtC) teams, as well as local business stakeholders across Europe. Your Key Tasks & Responsibilities: * Create and maintain customer and supplier master data across multiple ERP systems (mainly D365, M3 and others) * Monitor and analyze master data and key data relationships * Perform regular data cleansing (removing duplicates, outdated records) * Update FX, netting, and closing rates in systems (monthly/weekly) * Handle tickets and requests via ServiceNow and One CRM platforms * Provide data-related support to business and IT teams * Administer SharePoint and OPTO system * Maintain clear and up-to-date process documentation * Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the team * Support potential future data migrations from other locations We are looking for: * Min.**1 year of experience** in Master Data Management or data analysis * Experience with ERP systems will be an asset * Strong **Excel skills** , Power Query or Power BI is
